Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client.

Often before seeking therapy, you may seek the advice of friends and self-help books. That can be helpful at identifying common issues, but it often falls short of addressing your unique feelings in a meaningful and lasting way. As your counselor, I will draw on years of experience to speak specifically into your situation to help you gain insight and understanding so you can discover your own answers.
