Rates
$130 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Full payment is expected at the time of our meetings and it will be your responsibility to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company. I will provide you with a superbill that includes the necessary information for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. 

Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

*  Do I have mental health benefits?
*  What is my deductible and has it been met?
*  How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
*  How much do you pay for an out-of-network provider?
*  What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
*  Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

Payment
Cash and check are accepted for payment.  I also offer the ability to pay by credit card.  Please see my Make A Payment page for my credit card policy.
 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
